CadiaN has left the main roster of Team Liquid
The Danish sniper and captain has been moved from the main roster of Team Liquid in CS2 to the Liquid bench CadiaN. This was announced by the club representatives on social media.
"Today we are benching cadiaN and are open to exploring transfer options for him. Our time together didn’t unfold as we had hoped, but we are confident that cadiaN has a bright future ahead. We will work closely with Casper to explore potential opportunities for his career continuation."
CadiaN has been with Team Liquid since December 2023. With him, the team secured second place at the CCT Global Finals, but at ESL Pro League Season 19, IEM Chengdu 2024, BLAST Premier: Spring Groups 2024, BLAST Premier: Spring Showdown 2024, and IEM Dallas 2024, they never placed higher than 5th-6th. Additionally, the team failed to qualify for PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and Esports World Cup 2024.
The former captain of Team Liquid's Counter-Strike 2 main roster commented on his departure from the team. The esports player thanked his fans for their support. The Danish professional shared a post on his personal X page.
"Better times will come. I appreciate everyone's support."
