CS2 Introduces Clip Recording Feature
Valve has introduced a feature for recording and publishing in-game CS2 clips. There will be two recording modes available:

Background Recording Mode: Steam will automatically start recording when you begin playing, allowing you to capture the most unexpected moments. On-Demand Recording: Steam will start recording only when you press a hotkey. In this mode, you can start and stop recording manually.

Clips can be transferred between devices: from computer to phone, from Steam Deck to computer, or simply sent to a friend. Additionally, Steam will store all clips in an optimized timeline format, allowing you to save, edit, share, and export them in MP4 format.
Game recording works fully on the Steam Deck as well.
Currently, the feature is in beta. To participate in the testing, go to "Settings," "Interface," "Beta Participation," and then select one of the beta versions.
